We offer personal training in groups with 1-4 people, delivered by professional, experienced trainers. We work hard to tailor sessions to meet your personal goals, match your fitness level, and most importantly, keep things fun and engaging.

We start with
Intake and Dexa scan: To set goals

Personal schedule: To reach your goals

Goals: Reach your goal, lose weight, get stronger or more shape

Extra group training: Choose one Boxing or Balance lesson per week

Acces to facillitys: Free parking, lux showers and lounge
