With our small group training, you get personal attention and the motivation of a group.
Do you like to work out with other people to get that extra motivation? We train in small groups (maximum of six people) under the guidance of a personal trainer. In this way, you get a lot of personal attention. And on top of that, there is a lot of focus on the right execution of all exercises.
We offer a variety of sessions
Pure Strenght: Barbell and dumbbell exercises to get more strength.
Steam: Hight intensity full of power.
Full body workout: Combination of cardio and strength, perfect to join at your personal level.
Box-master: Combination of boxing techniques and exercises.
Stability: Focus on core with exercises that need a lot of balance.
Balance: A combination of yoga and thai chi
