Gabriel Realpe
My passion is fitness! With more than 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, specialising in functional training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, boxing and obstacle running.
Coaching and training for HYROX races is the ultimate test as a true all-round fitness specialist.
What truly sets me apart is my background in NLP. With these techniques, we can get to the core and uncover what you really need to make a lasting change.
Where the mind goes, the body will follow.

Ilse Bron
Since WORK opened the doors in 2019 I have loved helping members find their power in the club. Both here, and my previous PT in Canada and The Netherlands has focussed on helping new members set health and fitness goals.
These goals could be running a marathon, or completing 10 box jumps - no ambition is too big or too small. It is great to see members develop new skills.
My training specialities are working with gym beginners, people returning to fitness, and those transferring into another stage of life, such as pregnancy or retirement.
On the weekend, you will see me busy with house renovations, gardening or completing a fun-run with my kids.

Pim Vosters
Fitness coaching has been my passion since highschool. Many years since then, I have built a solid toolkit of fitness techniques and intersting programs for my clients.
My specialities are boxing, kickboxing, strength training.
Weekends are all about my dog! You will see me walking, hiking and swimming with him.

Hanneke Habets
Watch out because HIIT Training is my specialty! Equally, I enjoy working with members on long term fitness programs that will transition through the foundations of strength, power, mobility and yoga.
Personally, I love to a sporting challenge - most recently conquering French Mont Ventoux, cycling three times, raising money for Tour du ALS challenge.

Dick van Gestel
Personal Training is about QUALITY! Quality training is what I am most proud to offer members. With this outlook, we can build a program that provides real quality of life for all members.
Beyond fitness training, it is great to be able to offer members with physio physics, weight consultation, sports massage, positive psychology and help them with injuries.

Richard Renar
The focus is on YOU! I will help you push the boundaries and show you how much fun fitness and strength training can be. What is very important is the atmosphere within a club. Fun and work should go hand in hand.
Whether you train to lose weight, build muscle, get fitter, are looking for sport-specific guidance or want to change your lifestyle; everyone is always welcome!

Ralph van Poppel
You can think of me as a great all-round personal trainer. I have extensive experience in nutrition and fitness training and will work with you on your health development via food, sport and lifestyle.
I also specialise in building muscle to bulk up or to lose weight. Body building and fitness is his passion!
